Our Web project managers is similar to a general contractor in the real estate industry. We get paid to ensure your Web project gets done inexpensively, on time and meets all your expectations/specs. It is an hourly fee that is capped per week at a certain value depending on the scope of the project. Project management fees are quoted after a small discovery process and small discovery fee. The project layout, produced from the discovery, can be used for the customer to gather quotes even if the project management is not utilized. In short, you can use the product of the discovery whether or not you engage a Thrasher Marketing project manager.
